One industry we work with in Ireland is the TV, Film & Animation industry. We have worked closely with industry experts on designing workshops, which focus on developing essential skills. Below are just some of the workshops we have run. We also design bespoke sessions for productions and organisations within this industry.
Essential soft skills for new entrants – Entering the TV, Film or Animation industry is no easy task, it requires a lot of on the job learning, tenacity and resilience. In this workshop, we work those in their early career to build that resilience, manage their time and energy, and cultivate skills to be a great team player.
Levelling up for leadership success – This workshop is aimed helping attendees prepare themselves to become successful managers. It involves self reflection, building resilience, setting goals and looking at how you manage your own workload.
Leading successful teams – This workshops is aimed at department heads, those managing people in the industry, and people who are about to step up to this role. In this module we look at creating a great team environment in which things run well, people know what’s happening and everyone feels empowered to have positive impact.
Mentoring in the screen industry – Mentoring in the screen industry is key to raising the industry as a whole, and improving diversity across it. In this workshop we look at mentoring, how to manage this as part of your overall role and how, if done effectively it can have a positive impact on individuals and the wider industry.
“We have used Full Aeon to deliver a number of courses and they have been fantastic to deal with. Lucy took the time to research and understand the Screen industry before delivering any course which meant there was immediate buy in from the participants. They deliver excellent courses, that resonate with the participants, but are still fun and entertaining. I look forward to working with Full Aeon into the future.”
